Christ Fellowship Church: Albaina

Dear Prayer Team,

Thank you so much for your prayers during my time in Albania. God was faithful in leading, guiding, teaching, and protecting us. I arrived home late Monday night and hit the ground running. This is the first opportunity that I have had to thank you for your faithful prayers. Your prayers were heard and answered. Our training time was successful. More importantly, God has put a place in each one of our hearts for Albania, so that we can be an advocate for our friends there. Please join me in praying for blessings on all of the staff of Eagle's Wings, who have worked so hard for the Lord. Especially, for Alda, who at the last minute, was our guide and translator. She was a dear faithful woman who took such good care of us.

The two words for Albania: Hope and Power. We have Hope for Albania because of the Power of the Holy Spirit. Pray that that power would consume Albania.
Continue to pray for Albania.

Pray for God to protect the young women from feeling like they are worthless, which is one factor that allows for their susceptibility for human trafficking.

Pray that they would know the love of God beyond their circumstances.

Pray against the success of corruptive government that puts inexperienced people in positions of power and succumbs to bribery.

Pray for the staff (Alda, Ilsa, Suli, Alda, Margarita) at the Eagle's Wings home that their cups would be filled so they can give to the residence out of the overflow of what God has given them.

Pray for supernatural Healing for the teenage residents of the house. Even while we were there we saw God moving in them.

Pray for the Director Amie, her husband Pastor Nardi and their daughters (Esther (10), Gloria (6), and Rebekah (2 months))

Amie is very busy taking care of baby Rebekah - Pray that she would be at peace with her role and that God would give her the strength for what she needs when she needs it.

Nardi needs: male support, time with the Lord, wisdom in his role of Father of Eagle's Wings, continued favor in the town of Prisk, and for the property owner of the church to allow them to continue to rent it for a low rate. He is going to a conference Sunday April 4th in the afternoon in Tirana-Pray for God to fill him from the fellowship and help him not feel like an island male believer.

Esther and Gloria that the foundation of faith would be unshakable and that they would value modesty and not be distracted by the values of the youth culture.

Sweet Rebekah needs supernatural healing: She has overcome a hole in her heart (the murmur is gone). She still has a thyroid condition, which is being controlled by medication. There is some concern about her ability to hear. Most important healing is for her bi-lateral cerebral cyst to disappear. She will have a scan in about 3 weeks. Join me in praying that her cysts are GONE!
Pray that Amie and Nardi would have wisdom in all matters with their 3 daughters.

Praise the Lord that Eagle's Wings is respected in the Communities of Prisk and Tirana!

Pray for creativity to return to the people of Albania as the communist reign squashed it. Creativity will allow them to create jobs that would bless individuals and their country.

Praise for the young believers that we met that are a light in the darkness.

Pray that the "muslims" by tradition would see and receive the truth of the Gospel.
